This edition of the Ansel Adams calendar reproduces 13 images from the book, "Ansel Adams at 100", published to coincide with a travelling exhibition of his work which began touring in August 2001. The calendar follows the familiar open design and the photographs are reproduced as duotones, printed on heavy, coated paper. Mini-calendars of the preceding and following months are provided on each calendar grid and the back cover design features thumbnail illustrations of all 13 images.

Stunningly beautifulMay 28, 2004 Ansel Adams' work is emotional, stunning and beautiful. I look forward to the calendars every year. Each month brings another time capsule shot from the imagination of Ansel Adams. Highly recommended.

Nice desk calendarDec 28, 2003 {The (non) description above doesn't do justice to this product...} This is a spiral-bound desk calendar that opens flat to display a full week on one page and a gorgeous full-size satin/glossy black and white Ansel Adems photograph on the other. For those who need to keep a precise schedule with a different client every hour, you should know that this is not, per se, a true "appointment" book; it does not have an hour-by-hour listing for each day. There is, however, ample room for writing in morning and afternoon appointments, and space provided at the bottom of each weekly page for jotting down notes. Also contains a "month on a page" section at the back which is particularly convenient for planning travel/vacations/etc.
