sizingNov 06, 2009 These skates are beautiful and well made. However ,based on other reviews I ordered a size 3 for my 10 yr old grandaughter. That is the size she usually wears. It came and was almost too tight. I returned them and am now getting 5s. My grandaughter has very narrow feet, so unless sizing has changed recently or it is off on some sizes and right on others, I'd order large for a growing girl.

Sizing is CORRECTSep 12, 2009 These are great skates, but they run true to size. I'm an 8.5 womens, and based on the reviews, I ordered the skates in a 7. They are way too small. Now I have to return them and order a new pair. I definitely recommend the skates, but do yourself a favor and buy them at the store and not online.
Pretty SkatesSep 01, 2009 The skates were pretty to look at but the boot and wheels were too plastic. But i guess for the price i paid they would have to do. Besides, the recipient enjoyed them, who happens to be a 9 year old girl that is just beginning to roll!
Great product!Aug 05, 2009 These skates are really nice for the price. I wear a size 10 in all shoes but went with the suggestion of other reviewers and bought a size down. The 9's fit perfect with a little toe room which is fine with thick socks. Great ankle support and the wheels are smooth. I also like the extra padding! Much nicer than my skates from the 80s. They are actually too nice to get dirty! The wheels are not as "bubble gum" pink as in the picture but that is not a problem. They are sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with my purchase.
