3IT WAS SO SODec 11, 2007
SINCE THESE GUYS GOT THEIR SHOT AT FAME YOU CAN HERE IT IN THEIR VOICE.
LIKE WHEN 50 GOT WITH AFTERMATH, LIKE AN EROGANCE(NEVER BOUGHT A 50 ALBUM. FYI). LIKE THEIR TRYING TOO HARD. I'VE LISTENED TO THE ALBUM 1 AN HALF TIMES AND GOT BOARD. I DON'T KNOW, I GUESS I AM GETTING TOO OLD FOR THE BOASTING AND BRAGGING ABOUT HOW TOUGH YOU ARE. I LIKE TO HERE SOMETHING THAT MEANS SOMETHING.

I LIKE #2 WITH BUSTA DOING HIS THING.
I WOULD LIKE T0 SEE MORE OUT OF THESE CATS.

5GreatOct 31, 2007
This cd is fire, I wish people would stop giving the Wu Tang Clan these low reviews making people think that there material is weak cause it definitely isn't. This is the reason why they don't sell like they used to because of bad reviews from fans who are fickle. Raekwon delivers on this cd as does everybody else who is on it. The rhymes, the beats, everything is fire. This is Raekwon, not that bubble gum hip-hop that is out now, if you're looking for that, then look elsewhere, if you're looking for great music that Raekwon normally delivers, then look no further, people should listen to the samples before they decide to buy it, and stop believing these reviewers who are giving poor reviews. This right here is true hip-hop.All I can say is that I'm glad i have this cd in my collection

2Consistently BoringSep 27, 2007
I cannot recommend this album.

Unless you really want to hear Raekwon spit, its not worth it. The MCs of Ice Water are all mediocre and do not have unique style/flow/delivery or lyrics. I can't help but not be impressed.

I only slightly like 2 songs among the 17. Hip-Hop Tribute is an OK song, aside from the one sided flow from Ice Water. Raekwon delivers on this track, his best on the album (IMO). Thats the Raekwon flow I know and love. Basically all the rest of Raekwon's flow lacks that shine. I know Raekwon can spit some fire so I was kinda taken back... I hope he saved his best for Cuban Linx II and 8 Diagrams.

The album as a whole is scattered and non-cohesive. Production was in between not very good and decent. The only guest MC I liked was Busta, who spit some classic style. Im just glad my friend burned it for me, and I didn't waste my own money.
