An Uncensored MarriageJun 26, 2007 I saw this film at the AASECT convention in Charlotte. I realize most people will not view it in a room full of sex therapists and sexuality educators, and that it will have different value to them. However, as a sexologist-in-training, it was interesting to see Eric and Wendy grapple with many of the same mundane issues as most folks (ie. being separated because of work). Obviously, they also deal with the added pressures of the porn industry (ie. jealousy, AIDS and STIs, what to do after their careers in porn are over). The film was well-done and had a good mix of documentary-style interviews and footage from their films. What was most memorable to me was how they have fought for their marriage. Many other couples have not survived much more minor obstacles.
