Inexpensive exercise aidNov 18, 2009 I was a little surprised to find only three things in the box when my J-Fit arrived: A sheet with suggested exercises, a small pump with a needle for inflating the disc, and the disc itself. But the disk does serve the purpose I bought it for (it's useful for standing on to do exercises to strengthen the ankles), and the cost was reasonable.
Fun workoutNov 01, 2009 This disc is small enough to keep in the living room so I can sneak in a mini-workout watching TV or playing tug-of-war with the dog. I don't see it as a "main" workout but it's a great supplement - I love it.

Great for stretching feetSep 10, 2009 I stretch my feet and ankles by standing on this every morning and night; this is great for that.
not as difficult as I expectedJul 06, 2009 So I'm working 10 hour days, and figured hey, if I can squeeze in a little ab work at my desk, then that is one less thing to try and fit in when I get home. I haven't really noticed any of the "good pain" you get from any exercise. If it does anything in this respect, I think it is minimal. It does however help me to stay put, less needing to hop out of my chair for a minute because it is easier to move a little and satisfy my hyperactive tendency.

Training DiscJun 26, 2009 This item is used in my rehabilitation after back surgery, and was very helpful and will continue as I have a long way to go. The disc will be used every step of the way...
