Kept freezing everything up Oct 18, 2008 This was a horrible hassle. The minute I installed it, everything kept freezing up. I switched back to Trend Micro.

the WORST PIECE OF SOFTWARE AND I GOT RIPPED OFF!Oct 08, 2008 This garbage for software slowed down my computer to a standstill. a brand new computer that stopped functioning. An hour with tech support yielded no results since they don't' know what they are doing or saying.
secondly, i was suppose to get $25 dollars rebate from the company for this piece of junk, but the company STIFFED ME and never issued the rebate even though i called several time requesting it. they sited some nonexistant reason why i can't get my rebate, and to this day i still can't get a straight answer from them.
so you want to get ripped off and get your computer to stop working, get this software.

I have tried to install this on two computers in my home. One wouldn't install at all. The other installed but all I have is an icon, no protection. Please send me an E-mail with help.
