Best Pea Soup Pot!!!Dec 07, 2009 As soon as I received this pot, I made my favorite pea soup recipe [...]... and it turned out even better than it usually does! The pot worked wonders on crisping the bacon first and evenly cooked the soup to marry all of the flavors in the most fabulous way. HIGHLY recommended!
Love thisSep 17, 2009 I can't add much to what's already been said, but I too simply love this soup pot. It is used several times a week (which makes it much more cost effective than it initially seems) for everything from pot roast, to soups, to sauces, to sloppy joe's. The sloped sides make it usable for small quantities to fairly large. It makes plenty for my family of four. Love the red...
My favoriteDec 05, 2008 I love this soup pot. I use it for so many things besides soup, and really like the rounded shape. What I love most about Le Creuset is that if I am forgetful and accidentally burn the pot, it is so easy to clean and it looks like new again. I purchased this soup pot on sale on Amazon for $99 two years ago. The only complaint I have is that I think I got a "second" because there were a couple of small pits in the enamel lining. But I'm happy because I got a good price and it functions perfectly.
wundabar!Nov 09, 2008 I love this pot. I also bought the Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 3-1/2-Quart Buffet Casserole, Dune. I love the beautiful color, it's just as described, like sand, and it goes very well with all my vintage pieces of other colors. Just as described I use it to make soup and other things and it's heavy, sturdy, cooks evenly and worth every penny.
Le Creu-lovely.

Great pot!Jun 16, 2008 I love this pot! I made a roast in it and it was awesome. The best thing was that cleanup was an absolute breeze. The one thing I was a little disappointed about was that the top handle can only sustain temps in the oven up to 375 degrees.
