Description:
A superstar, just like Mom herself. What is it about this bestselling calendar? Is it those irresistible cows, hippos, chicks, penguins, and piggies skipping and prancing through the pages? Or is it the innovative and ultra-practical wall-calendar-meets-planner format? Yes...and yes! It's the whole package: a calendar that looks great and is indispensable for families on the go. Mom’s starts in September and runs 16 full months. Spreads feature an oversized, vertical grid with five columns across (one for each family member) and the days of the month running down the left side. With just a glance, Mom and Dad can see who is doing what, and when. Includes a new drop-down storage pocket, plus 500 stickers and a write-on, wipe-off magnetic phone list for the fridge.

Cute But Not the Best for Our FamilyJan 08, 2009 I had heard of this for a long time and found it during my Christmas shopping for calendars for other people, so I bought it for myself. I usually use the Flylady calendar and will have to return to that for our family's use.
PROS: The colors are pretty, cheerful, and the stickers are cute. I see where kids could get organized helping put stickers on their days. I also like the huge size because I am used to that with the Flylady one--I keep it on the wall near but not on my refrigerator.
CONS: We only have two children, but I saw the horizontal lines would only allow for a family of five. I wondered how families could put everything on this, like Grandma's bday or a few events that are not only for one family member. I also volunteer or do many things in one day like many moms, and need more space some days than others.
I think it's all personal preference. We use the other calendar because you can write in pencil and erase or move things around easily. The Boynton is very pretty and you can use Sharpee markers, but you can't erase easily because of the glossy finish, so you almost have to use correction liquid to change things.
Bottom line: I'm glad I at least tried it. It didn't work for us, but I would recommend it for moms with 2-3 young children for the prettiness and the stickers.
Best calendar everJan 07, 2009 I've been using the Boynton calendars for the past six years, and find the to be the absolutely best calendar for keeping track of who needs to be where when. It also works as a regular calendar -- each month is bright and inviting.

Mom's calendarJan 06, 2009 Have bought this for many years for my wife & family. Works great to keep a busy family schedule under control!!
Mom Family CalendarJan 06, 2009 The Sandra Boyton Calendars are always amazing and funny book-calendars, comprehensive of adhesive pics, that I've found for the first time two years ago on 2007 edition; and that contributed to create a particular and "crazy" look to jet funny pictures of Sandra Boyton.
I remember here the Chocolate Calendar 2006 that was very funny and unique, in particular to remember that time, celebration dates togheter with years starting date, are only results of human agreements.
Yours sincerely

A Good Calendar that Could Be BetterJan 05, 2009 Each day represents a line across the calendar. The Thinkbin Family Calendar is more user friendly because it works like a more traditional calendar since there are seven days a line.
