Speedo's unisex short training fins allow for quicker cadance of a freestyle kick while still giving your legs a great workout. Unlike a full-length fin which can overpower your arm stroke, the shorter blades allow you to swim more normally. The orthopedic foot pockets make the fins very comfortable for long workouts. Fits shoe sizes 5 through 13.

They work great buy the foot pocket brakes pretty fastDec 31, 2008 Just as my tittle suggests, the pockets on these fins brake after some use. For some people it could be one month, for some others about 4 months. All the swimmers in my Masters group have experienced the same problem.
