Thanks to the intuitive controls of the Wii Remote, even the most inexperienced gamers will have no trouble mastering the controls. Wii Play features nine separate mini-games, including the following: Shooting Range, a point-and-fire game of target practice in the Duck Hunt tradition. Billiards, a simplified variation of nine-ball with stunningly realistic physics that uses your Wii Remote as your pool cue. Find Mii, in which you scan the crowds to find the right Mii—and Miis you and your friends created make an appearance. Tanks!, in which you command a toy tank on a miniature battlefield in a gauntlet of 100 missions. Other games include Pose Mii, Table Tennis, Fishing, Charge!, and Laser Hockey. Every game features a multiplayer mode, so you and your friends can compete for the high score or go head to head to see who’s the best. Can't get to main screenNov 18, 2009 I guess you need to play all games once to get to the main screen where you can choose which game to play. I hate that. Except for getting an extra remote, it's worthless. Don't spend money on this -- better get a remote as is.
Must have another remoteNov 06, 2009 You can't have a wii with a single remote - so you might as well buy one with some extra games.
This games are recommended to wii newbies.
Wii Play gamesNov 05, 2009 I was disappointed in most of the games . I particularly was interested in the PingPong game ,but it was difficult to play because the table seemed too short, which made the game so fast it was hard to hit the ball. At least I got an extra remote that came with it.
This one's a no brainerNov 05, 2009 There's really no reason NOT to get this. Sure, the games aren't that great, but they're still some fun with friends and for the same price as a regular remote, you can't go wrong.
Very poorly designed games. Not worth the moneyNov 04, 2009 I bought this combo for the extra Wii remote that came with it, and thought that the additional games for an extra 10~15 bucks (over the price of the Wii remote) would be a bonus. I have to say that I did not enjoy the games at all. First of all, you have to go through a series of games you may not have wanted to play before you can get to play the game you want to play. Secondly, the games themselves are very poorly designed and not too much fun at all.
If you are looking to buy this product for the Wii remote, I would say save yourself the extra 10~15 dollars for the Wii Play and just get the Wii remote separately instead.
