DisappointedNov 11, 2009 I am a huge fan of Leslie Sansone, but this was not was I was expecting for a CD to walk with. The songs were distracting to me. Instead I opted for the Walking for Everybody CD. It's a re-release from the 90's but it's good to walk by.

Sansone Fans "Beware!"Oct 20, 2008 Let me begin this review with a disclaimer. I've been a Leslie Sansone fan for a long time, and if you only own the videos, this is an excellent audio workout. The "Beware!" part is for those of you who, like me, already own the "Walk Away the Pounds" CD Walk Away the Pounds Soundtrack: 2 Miles and are looking for a little variety in your exercise routine. This is the SAME WORKOUT RECORDING overlayed over a different set of tunes, and the musical arrangements are a real letdown. I would never have wasted my money if I had known.
